Haha. I’ve been meaning to blog about our February outing since, well, February. Time flies when things just keep coming your way.
Jude had needed new shoes, and after spending money on cheaper shoes at box stores, we decided to go back to StrideRite. Their shoes literally take a beating and hold together better than anything we’ve ever found. We had no idea about their super sale when we walked in, but we got two pairs of shoes for a little over $30 and thanks to their always helpful staff, we found out that Jude is back in a wide foot – just like his daddy.
After a stop off at the Rain Forest Café to see all the fishies in the aquarium and a stop off at Total Wine! to check on mead availability (my husband not only makes his own, but has become obsessed with trying other varieties), we went on over to Red Robin for “linner.” Jude wasn’t too happy with us, but we knew he was hungry and it was causing his funky attitude. My husband did this best to keep him occupied with the usual menu and crayon provision that restaurants provide. He was crazy impatient and went through two cups of juice before his Mac & Cheese arrived. And then he was the happiest little guy he could be. 🙂
